RHpositive brings together skills and experience developed in geography, culture and tourism. At its core lies a sustained interest in territories and their transformations: knowledge of local contexts, heritage and collaborative networks are the resources from which concrete strategies and projects can be built.
The word positive does not describe a sector but an attitude: the capacity to turn resources, knowledge and relationships into opportunities for places. Simplify without trivialising.
Territories
Territorial analysis, governance and public policy, local development, cross-border cooperation and participatory processes.
Culture
Cultural policies and strategies, tangible and intangible heritage, museums and archives, cultural mediation and accessibility, evaluation and indicators.
Tourism
Destinations and cultural tourism, literary and thematic routes, territorial enhancement, place-based storytelling.
Innovation and communication run across all three areas: digitisation, open data, artificial intelligence, publications and multilingual communication.
Approach
Each project follows four stages: analysis of context and objectives, shared design, support during implementation, and evaluation of results. Cultural and territorial challenges may be complex; the way they are addressed should remain clear, accessible and solution-oriented. Work is carried out in Italian, French, German and English, to support dialogue across different linguistic and administrative contexts.
